A one to one session is the ideal way to do Pilates. The session is tailored to your physical needs (e.g. previous injury, body type, sports experience, etc.) and personal goals (e.g. rehabilitation, building strength, alleviate chronic pains, etc ). We will do exercises with various Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Ped-o-Pole, as well as additional Pilates tools. The session is 100% focused on your unique needs with the apparatus selected for you.
